Living Locurto’s Easy Lemon Dip

Manageability – Easy, like the title says.

Need a way to fancy-up your fruit display so people don’t think you’re some broke pauper, living on rotten apples and discarded lemons? Look no further, friend! I present to you: Living Locurto’s Easy Lemon Dip. And by “easy”, I mean eeeeeeeasssssaaaayyyy.

This was actually the easiest thing I’ve done in quite a long time, and that’s not Martha Stewart saying that, so you know it’s actually true. Literally – quite literally – just mix together yogurt, lemon pudding, and cool whip. And Viola Davis! A delicious and simple compliment to your fruit and finger-food hors d’oeuvres. I would say, the only “hard” thing about this recipe is the measurements. 5.3 ounces of yogurt? Exactly how much is 3.4 ounces of pudding mix? What am I, a freaking TI-83 plus? But, once you’re past all that you are good as gold. And, in case you want to feel fancy or just make a simple thing hard, you can cut your fruit for dipping into cute little shapes with a cookie cutter.

I did that, because I often feel fancy 🙂
